Job Description

Coffman Engineers is seeking aย Seniorย Project Manager with 10+ years of experienceย to join our Mechanical Engineering department in Seattle as a long-term member of our highly-respected team, with specific support being provided to our Energy Group.ย  Our clients hire us for the largest, most exciting battery energy storage, data centers, PV, and power generation projects.ย  Increasingly, Coffman is being engaged by multiple large Korean companies active in the energy and battery space. The role involves providing project management services to multi-discipline teams across multiple time zones, managing teams and coordinating internal and external communication for development of deliverables.ย  Effort will include direct client management with premier Korean clients, occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution.ย  We work in tight-knit teams that support and mentor each other and are managed with a healthy work-life balance. ย ย

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Registration as a P.E. is preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power required
  • Korean fluency is requiredย 
  • Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred
  • Experience with MS Office programs
  • Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
  • Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean

Expected annual salary of $120,000 - $164,000.
