The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Project Engineers to join our team in the Capital Region. This role is designed for recent graduates in Construction Management or a related field who are eager to launch their careers with a large general contractor.

As a Project Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience working on active job sites, be mentored by industry leaders, and play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of multi-million-dollar projects.

What You'll Do

  • Assist project managers and superintendents with daily project coordination.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance.
  • Support scheduling, budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Help maintain quality and safety standards on the job site.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Gain exposure to all phases of the construction process, from preconstruction to closeout.

The base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $67,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
