Job Description:
  • Hands-on experience in performance engineering initiatives for enterprise-scale applications, ensuring optimal system responsiveness and reliability.
  • Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems.
  • Drive enterprise-level automation strategies to streamline performance testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to improve application scalability and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead performance engineering initiatives across teams.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance engineering and enterprise automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
