  • Drive Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all eCommerce properties
  • Build, maintain, and optimize eCommerce funnels, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Ensure alignment between analytics data, business KPIs, and reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and partner with developers to resolve discrepancies and gaps in data

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall revenue
  • Design, support, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate optimization opportunities
  • Partner closely with the Senior Director to support backlog prioritization with data-driven recommendations

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Develop and deliver regular reporting on site health, performance trends, and key metrics
  • Communicate insights, test results, and opportunity areas to cross-functional stakeholders including Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Technology
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant way that drives action

Execution Partnership & Optimization Support

  • Collaborate with product, UX, and development teams to define requirements for new features and optimizations
  • Ensure proper tracking and measurement plans are in place for all new capabilities and experiments
  • Participate in QA to validate both functionality and data accuracy
  • Support experimentation efforts end-to-end, including hypothesis development, test setup, validation, and results analysis

Growth Opportunity

  • Gain hands-on experience in eCommerce growth strategy, experimentation, and digital product development
  • Expand beyond analytics into optimization, testing, and product ownership
  • Play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving measurable revenue impact
  • Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, funnel performance)
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Experience working with developers and UX teams to implement tracking and site enhancements
