As an Associate in the Card Customer Engagement team, you will take the ownership in developing underwriting strategies for various lending initiatives including Balance Transfer, Rate Sale, and Card Installment programs like My Chase Plan, My Chase Loan and Others. You would leverage wealth of internal and external data as well as state-of-the-art models to identify existing credit card customers that fall within our risk framework and target them for various lending offers.Job Responsibilities Candidate will have direct ownership and accountability of initiatives for one or more portfolio lending strategies for Balance Transfer, Rate Sale, My Chase Plan, My Chase Loan, Promotional Financing and others. This includes oversight of eligibility rules, strategy segmentations, and financial assessment. Candidate will work together with multiple business partners to implement changes to the strategy, and communicate performance and future expectations to multiple levelsDevelop and apply mathematical or statistical theory using analytic tools (SAS, SQL etc.) to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data sets from multiple sources to develop the best-in-class risk strategy.Responsible for recognizing opportunities and enhancements to existing strategies to improve overall financial performance, customer experience and execution qualityDesign, implement, track, and report on new strategies in a Test vs. Control environment.
