Job Summary:
ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to design, build, and support technical integrations with the Treasury Bureau's G-Invoicing platform. The role involves developing PL/SQL, managing EBS interfaces, and collaborating with finance stakeholders to ensure compliant intragovernmental transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL, EBS interfaces/APIs, concurrent programs, and middleware components.
• Implement monitoring and logging, support test cycles and cutovers, and resolve production defects.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and integration teams to ensure compliant IGT processing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of Oracle EBS technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS technical architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and advanced PL/SQL programming.
• Experience building and supporting EBS interfaces and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS data model and financial modules.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), XML, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with error handling, reconciliation, and data validation processes.
