As a senior leader, you'll mentor a talented development team, lead feature delivery, and drive high-impact projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle-based features, including technical design, development, testing, and migration. - Mentor and provide technical direction to development team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Oversee ETL model development and transformation of large datasets in a data warehousing environment. - Ensure system design aligns with strategic business outcomes and regulatory standards. - Collaborate in status meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and proactively mitigate risks. - Act as a primary liaison for production activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Optimize database performance, scalability, and reliability through best practices and automation. - Manage version control (Git/Bitbucket) and automate processes using Autosys. - Advocate for Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices.
