Job Title: DevOps Expert II( Oracle DBA)

Location: Remote

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Job Summary:

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is currently seeking a DevOps Expert II with solid experience in both development and operations, particularly in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle E-Business suite to join our team in supporting our DoD customer. This is a fully remote role and the duties and responsibilities are below, but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Collaborate with vendor to establish migration plans for multiple Mission Applications
  • Collaborate with vendor to eliminate assumptions
  • Collaborate with Mission Partners in migration planning efforts
  • Provide subject matter expertise on C1 guardrails and mitigation strategies
  • Provide subject matter expertise on cloud migration methodologies
  • Contribute to resource planning estimates and overall reviews
  • Daily hands-on professional work experience with supporting DoD government (Cloud One).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate understanding of enterprise-scale cloud architectures.
  • Experience in on-prem to cloud migrations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor's Degree (preferred in STEM field)
  • Candidate must have an active Security+ CE or other current 8140 IAT II certification
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Candidate must have active DoD Secret Clearance, or eligibility to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
