Requirements:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct close access network operations in support of red team assessments
  • Perform penetration testing and offensive cyber operations leveraging:
    • Physical proximity
    • Non-traditional and segmented networks
  • Plan and lead technical execution as Assessment Technical Lead for assigned engagements
  • Direct and mentor mid-level operators during assessment execution
  • Employ advanced techniques for:
    • Antivirus evasion
    • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) evasion
  • Integrate close access operations with broader red team objectives
  • Contribute to detailed technical reporting and post-operation debriefs

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
  • 3+ years of experience conducting:
    • Red team assessments
    • Offensive cyber operations
    • Close access or physical-proximity network operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct mid-level operators
  • Must meet DCART apprentice and journeyman operator requirements within prescribed timelines
  • Professional Certification(s) required for this position are as follows: Must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, 8140.01-03, and as amended.
  • Must pass the DCART Senior Operator Aptitude Test prior to assignment
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS

  • 5+ years of offensive cyber, red team, or close access operations experience
  • Prior DoD Cyber Red Team or corporate red team experience
  • Expertise in close access tradecraft

Security Clearance Requirements:
