Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Senior Manager, Title Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to oversee a large, multi-site team, drive operational performance through data and KPIs, and make a meaningful impact across a multi-state region.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead managers and supervisors across multiple locations
  • Oversee approximately 200 employees across the region
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs and operational performance
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Drive accountability and operational improvements
  • Coach and develop managers and employees
  • Lead workflow and process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Support training and development across the region
  • Support new processes, systems and automation initiatives
Requirements:
  • Strong background in call center, customer operations or another high-volume environment
  • 2-5 years of related operations leadership experience
  • Experience managing large, multi-site or geographically dispersed teams
  • Previous experience leading managers and supervisors
  • Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Power BI, operational dashboards or similar reporting tools
  • Experience with an enterprise ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics or similar
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, influence and hold teams accountable
  • Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes and systems
Position Details
  • Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 base salary + eligibility to earn discretionary bonus
  • Location: Westchester, IL
  • Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Travel: Up to 25%, typically 1-2 trips per month
