We are seeking a strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead and elevate the operations of our supply chain hub in Bolingbrook, IL. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with our values and delivering exceptional performance.
What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the supply chain hub, aligning with company values and overarching business goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team in executing strategic initiatives

Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and principled-based decision-making
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members

Operational Excellence:
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance overall performance

For this role, we anticipate paying $115,000- $135,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
