Join Adobe as a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of building our sales strategy and motion for our AI-first emerging solutions and innovation. You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales to build a repeatable, baseline motion so our innovation can reach scale. You will partner closely with sales leaders to evaluate messaging, product readiness, ecosystem and sales execution gaps, developing plans and benchmarks to drive toward success. You will be pivotal in advancing the GTM of this solution group and integrating AI efficiency into our sales operations.

• Use strong business judgment toconduct analysis on solution performance,partner with sales leaders to build solution-specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals, and driveaccountability for execution.
• Own the cadence and run the business for your solution group, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Adobe's business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results.
• Identify, manage, and resolve operational challenges efficiently, ensuring smooth sales operations.
• Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes.

• Strong business acumen and ability to diagnose health of the business

• Proven strength inleadingcross-functional problem solving and program managementand in navigating ambiguity.

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
