Position Summary: Provides support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes); answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center; collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems; maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems. This is full time onsite position during business hours currently and is subject to change at management discretion.
What you bring to the role: Seasoned individual contributor. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Aids and train lower-level associates. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Makes minor adjustments to working methods. Explains practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the job area. Provides administrative or technical support at a senior level. Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job. May act as a lead or mentor to administrative support personnel. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Plus, the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Generally works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Normally receives little instruction on daily work. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet on scissor lift.
Qualifications:
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2-year experience in functional area. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years functional experience. Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
