JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst partners with Sales leadership to improve commercial performance through analytics, forecasting, CRM optimization, reporting, and process improvement. This role supports strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights while driving operational excellence across the commercial organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Analyze revenue, margin, customer profitability, pricing performance, and sales productivity.
  • Build forecasting models and monitor pipeline health.
  • Perform win/loss analysis and identify commercial growth opportunities.
  • Develop automated reporting to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive leadership presentations.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.
  • Own weekly pipeline reporting and sales forecasting processes.
  • Support territory planning, quota management, and sales process improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of pricing analytics, forecasting, and customer profitability preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with CRMs and sales reporting (Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
  • Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Physical demands are consistent with professional office setting
  • Regular sitting at workstation for 75-100% of the work shift
  • Travel required (<10%)
