Experience

We’re looking for a Sr Financial Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal Sr Financial Analyst is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable researching financial variances, interpreting data, and communicating insights. This Sr Financial Analyst role is well suited for someone who wants to grow their career while gaining broad exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, audits, cash management, and client financial analysis.


Duties

As a Sr Financial Analyst, you’ll contribute to accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and effective financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance analyses while meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Support client financial analysis reviews and provide meaningful insights based on financial data.
  • Maintain, compile, analyze, and research variances related to quarterly close and annual budget processes.
  • Reconcile and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and financial assessments while researching variances and recommending solutions.
  • Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley and financial statement audit requests.
  • Initiate wire disbursements, maintain bank repetitive codes, and approve transactions when instructed.
  • Complete Accounts Payable processing and review while maintaining required ledger standards.
  • Produce and distribute W-9s and 1099s.
  • Manage the daily cash reconciliation process, including cash inflows and outflows.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining accounting reports and supporting financial analysis.
