We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager to join our Transformation Risk & Advisory team as a Jira & PMO Tooling Lead. You will shape and lead the tooling strategy that enables large transformation programs, with a primary focus on Jira and adjacent platforms (e.g., Confluence and Azure DevOps), as well as the Power Platform and automation. You will bring hands-on experience designing, configuring, governing, and scaling PMO tooling, reporting, and workflow automation-partnering with program leadership to drive consistent delivery processes, high-quality data, and actionable insights.

As a TransformationRisk & AdvisorySenior Manager,you'llwork as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead a blended/onshore-offshore team to design, build, and support PMO tooling solutions (dashboards, Power Apps, workflow automation, and emerging AI capabilities) across large transformation programs

  • Own the Jira platform for program delivery-configuration and administration of projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, issue types, and automations aligned to the operating model

  • Define reporting and insight needs with senior executives and translate them into intuitive, automated dashboards and governance packs (status, RAID, dependencies, milestones, capacity, and financials)

  • Design and implement data standards and controls for PMO tooling (taxonomy, mandatory fields, quality checks, auditability) to improve reliability of program reporting

  • Lead financial reporting and tracking approaches within the program toolset, including forecasting,actualstracking, and executive-level financial insightsfor a C-suite audience

  • Design and implement program governance and program management strategies, including cadence, decision forums, escalation paths, and standard templates

  • Stand up and evolve PMO capabilities such as benefits realization, quality assurance, decision management, document management, and integrated planning-enabled through fit-for-purpose tooling

  • Drive integrations and automation across platforms (e.g., Jira-Confluence-ADO-Power Platform) to reduce manual effort and improve end-to-end traceability

  • Develop and execute tool rollout, training, and adoption plans; coach delivery teams on best practices and ways of working

  • Partner with client and firm stakeholders to gather evidence, assess program maturity, recommend improvements, and create measurable outcomes

  • Lead proposal responses and support business development by articulating tooling-enabled delivery approaches and solution architectures to senior client leaders

  • Stay abreast of key industry developments in transformation delivery tooling, PMO leading practices, and emerging technology trends within Canada and globally

Experiences and skillsyou'lluse to solve

  • Deepexpertisein transformation delivery tooling, including Jira (administration/configuration), and familiarity with adjacent platforms such as Confluence and Azure DevOps; strong ability to design automations, reporting solutions, and practical AI-enabled accelerators

  • Experience in transformation implementation and program delivery, including:

  • Leading large, complex system and/or transformation initiatives

  • Designing and standing up PMOs, including governance, reporting, cadence, and operational processes to manage delivery

  • Performing project/program assessments, health checks, and gateway reviews, and translating findings into practical improvements

  • Managing PMO/tooling teams to deliver functions aligned to the designed governance and management controls

  • End-to-end delivery experience across enterprise systems and major transformations (e.g., operating model change, re-organization, large-scale technology-enabled programs)

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and dashboarding/reporting solutions to enable automated PMO insights

  • Project/Program Management certification(s) (e.g., PMI PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile,MoR, Benefits Realization)is considered an asset

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methods (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid), governance, quality assurance, and the practical use of tooling to enable controls and transparency

  • Prior consulting experience withdemonstratedability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the sales cycle

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences,developingand coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

The salary range for this position is $128,900 - $178,900. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
