About the role G3 is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support national-level intelligence production focused on foreign defense resources, infrastructure, and enabling systems. Analysts will provide timely, mission-relevant assessments to senior DoD, Combatant Command, and Intelligence Community customers, supporting planning, targeting, strategic warning, and operational decision-making. This position supports intelligence production across multiple analytic domains, including transportation and logistics, arms transfers and proliferation, defense economics, energy systems, defense industries, and operational environment analysis, consistent with DIA tradecraft standards and methodologies.

Analysts may align to a primary specialty area while remaining part of a broader all-source analytic team. Responsibilities Produce all-source intelligence assessments on foreign military, civilian, and dual-use infrastructure that underpin a nation's military capabilities Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis across classified and open-source holdings to evaluate capabilities, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and constraints Develop intelligence products supporting: Strategic warning Military planning and contingency operations Target development and vetting Force sustainment and logistics analysis Maintain and exploit authoritative intelligence databases (e.g., MIDB, MARS, defense spending and arms transfer repositories) as both a producer and consumer Brief findings to senior intelligence and operational stakeholders, translating complex systems into clear, decision-focused judgments Collaborate across analytic teams, including logistics, economics, energy, defense industry, and targeting specialists Apply ICD-compliant analytic tradecraft, sourcing standards, and confidence statements Required qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with an in-scope CI polygraph 5+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community Demonstrated experience producing finished intelligence on one or more of the following: Transportation and logistics networks Arms transfers, proliferation, or defense trade Defense economics and military resource allocation Energy systems (electric power, oil, gas) Defense industrial base and supply chains Strong understanding of foreign military sustainment, infrastructure dependencies, and enabling systems Experience working under both initiative-based and direction-based production environments Proven ability to communicate analytic judgments clearly in written products and oral briefings Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, international relations, economics, engineering, geography, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred qualifications Prior experience supporting DIA, Combatant Commands, or national-level intelligence centers Regional or functional specialization aligned to: Arms Transfer / Proliferation Defense Economics Transportation & Logistics Energy Security Defense Industries / Supply Chains Experience with: MIDB, MARS, or other foundational intelligence production systems Pattern-of-life, network analysis, or supply chain analysis Strategic or operational-level targeting support Master's degree in a relevant discipline Familiarity with sanctions analysis, force affordability assessments, or infrastructure vulnerability analysis * Experience briefing senior DoD or IC leadership
