Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, International Data & Strategy, to lead and scale the NFL's international managed model as part of a transformative enterprise initiative. In this role, you will partner closely with League and Club stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions and program operations that enable informed decision-making and drive business outcomes across global markets.
The ideal candidate brings 6 - 8+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering centralized, enterprise-scale initiatives. You will work hands-on across data strategy, technology, and program execution-owning delivery, driving cross-functional alignment, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring scalable, high-quality outputs.
This role is well-suited for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, excels at stakeholder management, and is passionate about leveraging data to unlock value and build scalable enterprise capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Drive cross-functional alignment and champion adoption of the International managed model through clear communication, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Program Management: Oversee day-to-day program operations for the international managed model, tracking progress across data onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting and insights.
  • Customer Partnership: Partner closely with clubs to drive adoption of the international managed model by capturing requirements and translating them into prioritized program initiatives.
  • Data Product Architecture: Translate business needs into scalable data and platform requirements to support segmentation, data access, and performance measurement.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and consistent execution by establishing standardized processes and continuously optimizing workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6 - 8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, product management, data governance, or technology leadership roles, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Proven track record leading complex data and analytics programs, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional transformation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and responsible data practices.
  • Experience supporting fan, customer, or consumer-centric organizations, with knowledge of engagement strategies, audience development, and lifecycle marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging enterprise data and marketing technology platforms, including AWS Redshift, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, drive alignment across business and technology teams, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive organizational change, and scale processes, capabilities, and teams to support evolving business needs.
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset, with experience establishing governance models, prioritizing competing demands, managing risks, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
