Position Summary:
You will contribute your talents to our team in Product Development. Our team functions as an enablement team, elevating and improving the software product teams ability to develop and ship both faster and more safely. Our team is responsible for building the next generation product delivery pipelines. You will work on mobile, desktop, embedded, and cloud delivery pipelines. This job is on-site in Audubon, PA.
Essential Functions:
  • Lead and define significant or whole portions of planning, developing, coordinating, and directing development across complex products, directing internal and external resources accordingly.
  • Contribute to product roadmap and strategy that scale horizontally and provide the balance between quality, efficiency, and usability through automation and developer efficiency
  • Get your hands dirty with our deployment process as we continue to grow across multiple systems and international regions
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for custom applications deployed to iOS, Windows, AWS, MDM platforms
  • Use your expertise, and what you learn from others, to bring even more ideas to the table
  • Monitor and improve application security
  • Provide automation support to software development teams
  • Work in accordance with quality system procedures and actively enforces its objectives
  • Use existing and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop new ways to deploy packages across multiple applications.
  • Track down, evaluate, and implement new performance tools.
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product development designing and implementing CI/CD and software delivery solutions for Cloud, iOS, and/or Windows
  • Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and test design best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, IEC 62304) and medical device development.
  • Experience in C#, .NET development (Visual Studio, C#, .NET).
  • Experience with JAMF or MDM tools
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or other workflow tools
  • Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience with Containerization (Docker, podman etc.)
  • Experience with AWS Services (ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, etc)
  • Published mobile apps in App Store or Google Play.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Experience with XCode and iOS/Android Build and Release processes
