Job description

The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; provide product and patient education
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
  • Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds
  • Address external market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies
  • Integrate cross-functional expertise to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives
  • Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers)
  • Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned geography/region
  • Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for geographical assignment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field)
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts/stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access partners
  • Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states
  • Preferred: new product launch experience
  • Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years
Skills/Abilities
  • Proven accomplishments; strong written and oral communication
  • Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology
  • Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred
  • Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license
Travel

Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight travel.
