Key responsibilities
  • sell tickets and vip packages for fwd events
  • promote events through personal network, social media, and direct outreach
  • build and maintain relationships with guests and repeat clients
  • coordinate group bookings, birthdays, and special occasions
  • drive table reservations and upsell premium experiences
  • represent the fwd brand in a professional, high-energy manner
  • track sales and performance through provided platforms/codes
  • collaborate with management on weekly sales goals and campaigns
