Buscamos incorporar un/a Senior MuleSoft Developer con experiencia solida en las distintas soluciones del ecosistema MuleSoft. Este rol formara parte de nuestros equipos de desarrollo, colaborando en la construccion de soluciones de integracion y datos de la mas alta calidad funcional y tecnica para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Disenar arquitecturas de integracion MuleSoft bajo el enfoque API-Led Connectivity, alineadas con los objetivos tecnicos y de negocio de cada cliente.
  • Implementar soluciones tecnicas de alta calidad, en cumplimiento de los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales definidos para cada proyecto.
  • Supervisar la integracion de APIs y flujos Mule, garantizando la correcta conectividad entre sistemas, asi como su seguridad, escalabilidad y rendimiento.
  • Participar activamente en equipos de desarrollo bajo metodologias agiles (Scrum/Kanban), contribuyendo a la planificacion, estimacion y entrega continua.
  • Colaborar en procesos de calidad: peer-review de codigo, documentacion tecnica y definicion de estandares y buenas practicas de gobernanza en Anypoint Platform.
  • Apoyar y/o liderar el diseno tecnico de integraciones: contratos de API, mapeos de datos, estrategias de error handling y resiliencia.
  • Documentar APIs y activos reutilizables utilizando Anypoint Exchange y herramientas de diseno de MuleSoft.
  • Interactuar con clientes de forma directa, recogiendo requisitos, comunicando avances y aportando soluciones orientadas al negocio.
  • Mantener y dar soporte a soluciones existentes: debugging, optimizacion de rendimiento y mejora de la observabilidad.

Requisitos Minimos

  • Minimo 3 anos de experiencia en desarrollo de APIs e integraciones (implementacion, testing, hardening).
  • Dominio de MuleSoft Studio, DataWeave, MUnit, API Manager y Anypoint Exchange.
  • Experiencia en diseno y gestion del ciclo de vida de APIs bajo el enfoque API-Led Connectivity.
  • Conocimiento de RAML y/o OAS (OpenAPI) para el diseno y documentacion de APIs.
  • Experiencia en integracion con sistemas heterogeneos: REST, SOAP, JDBC, (S)FTP, JMS, CRMs y ERPs.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad aplicada: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS y uso de politicas de seguridad en MuleSoft.
  • Manejo de Git, pipelines CI/CD, practicas de calidad de codigo y troubleshooting en runtime.
  • Integraciones asincronas, MuleSoft VM queues, colas de mensajeria(RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)...
  • Revision de Observabilidad en Anypoint Monitoring, logs de CloudHub, uso de herramientas de observabilidad como Elastic, Azure Monitor, Datadog...
  • Capacidad de autogestion: organizacion eficaz de tareas, seguimiento proactivo y entrega sin supervision constante.
  • Habilidades de comunicacion con cliente: escucha activa, presentacion de soluciones y gestion de expectativas.
    • Experiencia en liderazgo tecnico: capacidad para guiar y supervisar a otros miembros del equipo, realizar revisiones de codigo, definir estandares tecnicos y servir como referente para perfiles junior y mid.
  • Formacion: Titulo universitario en Ingenieria, Big Data, o un campo relacionado.
  • Idiomas: B1 minimo de ingles.
