Job description

MuleSoft Architect
We are looking for a MuleSoft Architect to help us support our continued growth. The MuleSoft Architect leads integration architecture strategy, working closely with prospects and clients to define scalable solutions that unlock the full value of Salesforce and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft.
Responsibilities
  • The MuleSoft Architect will assist in creating a technical roadmap that will ensure a company has the technical infrastructure in place to help solve customer business problems.
  • This role requires expertise in integration strategy, enterprise security patterns, and scalable application architecture.
  • Help drive some of Salesforce's largest, most strategic opportunities by segment or industry verticals and ensure the technical win in top accounts.
  • Work effectively individually and with Coastal and client members toward customer satisfaction and success
  • Serves as a technical advisor across projects, providing guidance to development teams and collaborating with client stakeholders
  • Brings deep knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and middleware platforms to integration design conversations
  • Seeks opportunities to develop professional skills
  • Achieves necessary technical certifications
  • Travels with client or project team as needed
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform Salesforce.com administration / configuration / data migration duties as directed

Required Skills, Education and Experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience developing MuleSoft integrations
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience architecting MuleSoft implementations
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
  • Minimum of 5 years experience integration with Salesforce
  • Experience and understanding of vCore optimization for GovCloud deployments, and familiarity with MuleSoft's consumption-based licensing model for commercial environments
  • Willingness to build integrations with other iPaaS platforms

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions - cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
  • Familiarity with APEX and Visualforce; experience with modern DevOps tooling for MuleSoft (e.g., Maven, Jenkins, Git, MUnit, Anypoint CLI)
  • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization

Additional Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Salesforce Certifications
