Our client is a Salesforce-focused consulting firm delivering scalable, high-impact solutions for growing and enterprise organizations. Their consultants partner closely with clients to transform business processes, implement best-in-class systems, and drive measurable outcomes.
They are seeking a Technical Architect to assist in leading their largest ongoing client initiative and join the delivery team building complex Salesforce solutions designed to scale organizations to the enterprise level. In this role, the architect will own end-to-end delivery for mid-sized or multi-track projects, balancing hands-on configuration and design with delegation and team leadership.
Technical Architects serve as trusted partners to the client's customers and internal teams, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business goals while maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency across engagements.
Key Strategic ResponsibilitiesThis role will be critical in managing one of the client's largest and most strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be:
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of 6 MuleSoft integrations connected with 120+ systems, processing millions of records daily.
Responsible for designing and building Flow, Apex, and LWC solutions capable of operating in an environment with millions of accounts and hundreds of thousands of daily record updates.
Lead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce implementations and enhancements across multiple client engagements.
Serve as the primary project lead on 4–7 client initiatives or long-term relationships.
Facilitate discovery workshops and business process sessions to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce and supporting platforms.
Configure Salesforce functionality including fields, objects, automation, flows, and integrations.
Ensure delivery quality through testing, validation, documentation, and client training.
Manage project scope, timeline, and resourcing across multiple contributors.
Create and maintain delivery plans, forecasts, and weekly milestones.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment on project priorities and outcomes.
Identify and mitigate project risks before they escalate.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with expectations.
Provide guidance on data management, integrations, analytics, and platform architecture.
Design technical solutions that consider long-term scalability and evolving business requirements.
Connect delivery outcomes to business strategy and measurable value.
Delegate and oversee delivery tasks across consultants and developers while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Mentor junior team members and reinforce delivery best practices.
Support team growth by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and contributing to delivery standards.
Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce administrator, developer, or consultant.
Hands-on experience integrating external systems.
Proven experience leading complex client projects or implementations, with a strategic approach and the ability to confidently push back when necessary.
Salesforce Architect certifications or equivalent proven capabilities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and industry best practices.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The current salary range for this position is up to $135,000 USD annually.
