What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Senior Model, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Senior Model, you need a strong portfolio, experience in the fashion or commercial modeling industry, and the ability to take direction well, often supported by agency representation. Familiarity with posing techniques, industry-standard modeling platforms, and sometimes contracts or union memberships are common technical requirements. Confidence, professionalism, reliability, and adaptability help senior models stand out in a competitive environment. These skills and qualities are crucial for building a lasting career, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry.

What are some typical challenges faced by Senior Models during photo shoots and runway events?

Senior Models often encounter challenges such as maintaining energy and focus during long hours on set, adapting quickly to different creative directions, and working under pressure to deliver consistent results. They must also collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other models to achieve the desired look and feel for each project. Navigating last-minute changes and managing personal branding while meeting client expectations are additional aspects that require professionalism and adaptability in this role.

What are Senior Models?

Senior models are experienced professional models, typically aged 50 and above, who represent older adults in fashion shows, advertisements, and commercial campaigns. They play a crucial role in promoting age diversity and inclusivity within the modeling industry. Senior models are sought after for products, services, and brands targeting mature audiences, and their work can include print, runway, and promotional events. Their experience, confidence, and ability to connect with audiences make them valuable assets in the modeling world.

Is there a demand for models over 60?

Senior models over 60 are increasingly in demand in the fashion and advertising industries, especially for brands promoting diversity and age inclusivity. Many agencies and casting directors seek experienced older models for campaigns, photo shoots, and runway shows, making age less of a barrier for those with the right look and professionalism.

Job description

Company Overview
Vamos Health was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a healthy and fulfilling life. We provide primary care and navigational services in both Spanish and English.
We operate on a membership model - no insurance required. Patients pay a predictable monthly fee and receive a level of attention they won't find anywhere else. Our bilingual team provides primary care for all ages in-person, by phone, and via text message. At select locations, we also accept Medicaid.
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced field sales professional to join our team as a Senior Membership Coordinator. In this role you will drive community enrollment, serve as an informal mentor
to junior team members and consistently exceed individual targets. Senior Coordinator hit the ground running - no ramp-up period - and play a meaningful role in building Vamos Health's membership base across Utah.
Compensation
Vamos Health uses a hybrid model combining guaranteed base pay with performance-based
bonuses.
Base Pay
Base Hourly Rate $7.25/hour (minimum wage guarantee)
Time Tracking Required via BambooHR

Senior Representatives are expected to regularly exceed this threshold:
Bonus Threshold 8 CME per pay period
Core Membership $120 per sign-up
- Vital Membership $70 per sign-up
- Vamos+ Membership $28 per sign-up
- VamosTele Membership $28 per sign-up

Sales teams can earn an additional $400 per team member per pay period when the team hits
collective CME targets. Senior Representatives are expected to actively elevate team performance.
No Ramp-Up Period
Senior Representatives are not subject to a ramp-up period. Full performance standards and 100%
bonus rates apply from the first pay period. This role requires demonstrated field sales experience and
the ability to perform at standard from day one.

• Month 2: 66% of bonus recouped
• Month 3: 33% of bonus recouped
• Month 4+: No chargeback
Vamos Health will provide written notice of all chargebacks prior to each pay period payment. All representatives acknowledge this structure upon hiring.
Performance Expectations
Senior Representatives must achieve 8 CME per pay period from day one, with the expectation that strong performers regularly reach the 20-30+ CME tier. Failure to hit 8 core-member equivalents triggers the following process:
• First miss: Written warning issued

Beyond standard conduct requirements, Senior Representatives are expected to:
