What You'll Do
  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Designs, develops, and conducts simulations against hard targets, missiles, and intelligence gaps; defines, implements, validates, and tests M&S architectures; supports wargaming and operational analysis.

What You Bring
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V&V; simulation integration; data analysis; weapon-system modeling
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services
  • Experience in HWIL; federated simulations; MBSE; digital engineering; threat representations, and real-time simulation
