Job Description Senior Lead Microsoft Power Platform Engineer Minneapolis, MN/Chandler, AZ/Charlotte, NC Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Lead Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus heavily on Power Apps and Power Automate, while leveraging Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Copilot Studio to drive automation, application modernization, AI enablement, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who combines strong Power Platform development expertise with solution architecture, governance, executive stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications. Build and optimize Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows to automate complex business processes and workflows. Establish Power Platform architecture, development standards, security, governance, and application lifecycle management practices.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, APIs, and enterprise data sources. Develop dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI to support business and executive decision-making. Leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration, transformation, analytics, and reporting.

Design and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate business processes and enhance user experiences. Lead application modernization and digital process-transformation initiatives. Partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams. Identify automation opportunities and demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and business value. Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly: Power Apps - Canvas & Model-Driven Apps Power Automate - Cloud & Desktop Flows Power Platform architecture and governance Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Strong SQL and data engineering knowledge. Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and automation solutions. Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data modeling, security, and application lifecycle management.

Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives from architecture through implementation. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills. Ability to translate business problems into practical technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, particularly building AI agents. Experience implementing AI-enabled workflow and process automation. Experience leading Power Platform Centers of Excellence or enterprise governance initiatives.
