What you will be doing... Your IMPACT



  • Manage the hiring, development, coaching, and performance of Data & Analytics Team Members.

  • Guide the team to the evolution of the organization's data stack and champion the team's work with peer IT and business leaders.

  • Lead the streamlining and modernization of data architecture, including evaluating, planning, and implementing platforms as part of the strategy .

  • Ensure technical recommendations account for the current data architecture, safeguard data integrity, and support reliable business decision-making rather than one-off fixes.

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones for data engineering, BI, and architecture modernization initiatives.

  • Identify knowledge gaps and help internal and external stakeholders understand the complexities of the company’s data solutions, working collaboratively to design, deploy, and support solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

  • Build and execute plans to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its customers and strategic partners.

  • Act as a trusted advisor across departments , and other business stakeholders, translating business questions into data and reporting solutions.

  • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and integrity standards across the team's engineering and reporting deliverables.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


What we are looking for...


You will need to have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is required .

  • Strong technical proficiency across Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI (or comparable cloud data platform and BI tools).

  • Experience with SQL and data modeling; working knowledge of ETL/ELT design and data governance practices.


Even better if you have:



  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics is preferred.

  • 2+ years in a formal leadership or team management capacity is preferred.

  • Led the streamlining and modernization of data architecture, including evaluating, planning, and implementing platforms as part of the platform strategy is strongly preferred .
