As an exercise planner, you will provide technical services to perform operational planning analysis, exercise support, and project management asso cia ted with efficient execution and management. You'll listen to client challenges in the Indo-Pacific region and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a space for recommendations that will make a lasting, real-world impact. You Have: * 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
* Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle ( JELC ) , Military Decision-Making Process ( MDMP ) , Army Design Met hodology ( ADM ) , and Joint Planning Process ( JPP )
* Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level
* Knowledge of Micro sof t Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment
* Ability to interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership
* Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide senior-level concept of operation briefs
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* Graduate of a Command and General Staff College ( CGSC ) Intermediate Level Education ( ILE ) or Component Equivalent Nice If You Have: * 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above
* Experience managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streams
* Experience utilizing the Joint Training Tool and ARTIMS
* Experience with joint targeting cycle and associated network considerations
* Knowledge of Multi-Domain Operations doctrine
* Knowledge of AI-enabled operational planning tools

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
