¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos buscando un Senior Mechanical Egineer a tiempo completo. que desempeñe un papel fundamental en la mecanica de las maquinarias de empaque de azúcar.

Tu día a día:

  • Realizar investigaciones sistemáticas para evaluar la capacidad de los procesos y equipos de la planta.
  • Ejecutar estudios de optimización de procesos, capacidad de procesos, validaciones de equipos y procesos.
  • Desarrollar e implementar sistemas de automatización y control de procesos (PLC y sistemas electrónicos asociados).
  • Proponer e implementar soluciones lean en las operaciones de manufactura para mejorar eficiencia, reducir desperdicios y optimizar recursos.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a controles estadísticos de procesos (SPC) en las operaciones de planta.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de Project Manager en proyectos de equipos y procesos, desde la definición, diseño e implementación hasta el arranque de operaciones.
  • Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a planes de mantenimiento preventivo por máquina, asegurando máxima confiabilidad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las labores de un equipo compuesto por 3 mecánicos de mantenimiento.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con producción, calidad, mantenimiento y otros departamentos para garantizar operaciones seguras, eficientes y alineadas a los estándares regulatorios.
  • Interpretar y mantener en operación maquinaria de empaque, llenadoras automáticas, conveyors y sistemas asociados.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua.

Requisitos preferibles:

  • Experiencia trabajando en manufactura.
  • Bachillerato en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o afín.
  • Mínimo 5–7 años de experiencia en entornos de manufactura o empaque automatizado.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia avanzada en:
    o Electricidad industrial
    o Electrónica aplicada a maquinaria de empaque
    o Lectura, programación y mantenimiento de PLCs
    o Diagnóstico y mantenimiento de equipos automáticos de empaque, llenado y transportadores (conveyors)
    • Experiencia liderando proyectos de ingeniería y mejoras de procesos.
    • Experiencia en diseño e implementación de programas de mantenimiento preventivo.
    • Experiencia supervisando equipos técnicos o mecánicos.
    • Conocimiento en metodologías de Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma (deseable certificación).
    • Fuertes destrezas de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.

Horario de trabajo:

  • Lunes a Viernes – 5:00am a 1:30pm
