Responsibilities
A typical day involves preparing and reviewing mechanical engineering products like calculations, drawings, and specifications, while ensuring quality and compliance. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers in areas such as fluid mechanics and HVAC, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution and business development.
  • Engineering Product Development & Review: Prepare and support mechanical engineering products, including calculations, drawings, and specifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the mechanical engineering
  • Extensive expertise with pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, and/or HVAC
  • Experienced with mechanical evaluations and permitting in support of Sections 316(a) and 316(b) of the Clean Water Act preferred
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, but typically ranging from 1-5 days
  • Must be a US Citizen

Compensation Range
USD $90,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
