  • Developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs and G-code to improve cycle times, tool life, and overall production efficiency
  • Performing advanced troubleshooting on machinery and fabrication processes, identifying root causes for tolerances issues or mechanical failures
  • Overseeing the production of high-tolerance parts using a wide array of equipment, including EDM, Bridgeports, bedmills, and various welding/brazing tools
  • Collaborating with the Engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback on part design and feasibility for new power supply prototypes

    • Extensive experience programming and operating Fanuc EDM, Mazak Lathe, and multi-axis milling centers (Required)
    • Strong background in MIG/TIG welding and brazing within a production environment (Preferred)
  • Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of G-code, conversational programming, and advanced CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360 or Inventor
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor staff, manage production priorities, and maintain high standards of precision and safety
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Perks & Benefits
