Description

The Brivo global marketing team is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager to own the strategic GTM strategy for high-priority segments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of integrated marketing motions, serving as the primary lead for sales-marketing alignment and long-term pipeline growth. You will use effective marketing principles, tools, and tactics to serve the entire marketing team from building and executing our global demand generation strategy, reporting on marketing trends and campaign insights, and completing various other tasks to support sales and marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead multi-channel integrated campaigns that translate complex value propositions into scalable demand generation motions.

  • Review and audit campaign performance and paid media tactics, serving as an internal subject matter expert to elevate the team's overall technical proficiency in digital channels.

  • Own the performance narrative for Tier 1 programs. Translate funnel metrics into campaign strategy adjustments and proactive growth opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales to execute account-based marketing tactics for Tier 1 segments, ensuring high-value accounts receive personalized messaging and coordinated SDR outreach.

  • Act as a senior collaborator across the organization, guiding Content and Web/Ops teams to ensure all activities align with the broader growth strategy.

  • Act as a strategic partner for performance marketing campaigns, guiding ad strategy, audience targeting, and budget optimization to ensure high-performance execution.

  • Orchestrate campaign launches by briefing creative, copy, and social teams to ensure a cohesive narrative across all digital touchpoints.

  • Monitor the lead handoff process between marketing campaigns and SDRs/sales, ensuring that high-intent leads are routed correctly and followed up on within agreed SLAs.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale campaigns for B2B companies in a lead generation capacity and/or in an agency setting.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) and CTV/Digital ad spend at scale.

  • Deep understanding of the connection between top-of-funnel paid media activity and bottom-of-funnel sales conversion, with the ability to bridge this gap for the team.

  • You operate with a high degree of ownership. You proactively identify bottlenecks in campaign performance or sales-handoff processes and implement data-backed solutions independently.

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing automation systems, preferably HubSpot & Salesforce.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with global marketing peers.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset.

  • Proactively explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Highly motivated, self-starting nature.

  • Minimal global travel may be required.
