Job Description Manufacturing/Process Engineer Location: Hartford, CT area | Full-Time We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for precision components. This position will focus on process development, new product introduction, production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes Support new product launches from planning through production Design tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks or similar software Improve throughput, quality, safety, and manufacturing costs Troubleshoot process and equipment issues Lead Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives Collaborate with quality, production, engineering, and customers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience Experience with process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Proficiency with SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling software Experience with surface treatment processes-such as shot peening, blasting, coating, or finishing-is highly preferred Aerospace, medical, NADCAP, or AS9100 experience is a plus Must be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled information.
