Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager oversees engineering projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry standards. This role involves managing a team of engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment specific to Dodge products. The Engineering Manager is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation, while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. Additionally, this role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to support production, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Team Leadership:
