Our vertically integrated approach delivers precision, quality, and innovation for industry leading OEMs. We are looking for a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with other engineers, production personnel, and management to develop innovative solutions and continuously optimize our operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures, ensuring they meet safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Select and implement appropriate tools and equipment to optimize production.
• Conduct tests and analyze data to troubleshoot production problems and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with design and quality engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Effectively facilitate Suggested Engineering Changes.
• Execute Engineering Change Notices accurately, effectively, and timely.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including assembly elemental details, control plans, and standard work.
• Stay up to date on the latest manufacturing technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through tools like lean manufacturing and six sigma principles.
• Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
