We're seeking an experiencedIndustrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and performing preventative maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to put your technical skills to work. Job Summary
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial production and processing machinery
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, machinery, equipment, and electrical/mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve mechanical failures
  • Repair or replace worn, broken, or malfunctioning machine components
  • Clean, lubricate, inspect, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Disassemble equipment to perform repairs and replace defective parts
  • Reassemble machinery following inspections, testing, and repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Accurately document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience required
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery, production equipment, and mechanical systems
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, work orders, and technical documents
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
