Location: Patterson, California
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Responsible for all aspects of operation or functions at the site, as well as managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, build positive employee relations and build leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center
2. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan.
3. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
4. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers.
5. Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
6. Leverage the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
7. Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
8. Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in an Operations, Manufacturing or Engineering role. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post- baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation in an Operations, Manufacturing or Engineering role.
Experience must include:
1) 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
2) 1 year of experience with inventory management and working with cross functional stakeholders for project completion.
3) 1 year of experience of operations within a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
The pay range for this position in Patterson, CA is $142,688/year to $182,700/year); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
