As a Senior Software Development Manager within the Networking organization, you will manage a team supporting our VNICaaS platform. This platform powers many of our most critical network functions. 

You will lead a team responsible for rapidly growing the platform as OCI grows while maintaining the stability that is required of a tier 0 service. You will work with our largest internal and external customers to build features necessary for their growth. You will balance the challenges of growth, stability, and feature expansion in order to prioritize OCI's networking business growth.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $133,100 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
