As the Senior Manager of Human Resources Payroll Technology and Architecture, you will lead critical technology components driving key strategic initiatives that transform payroll systems and architecture. In this role, you will shape innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, positioning our payroll technology at the forefront of enterprise excellence. Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis

  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and mid-level managers

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in a Technology and Architecture leadership role

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering global and complex transformational programs; utilizing various implementation/ delivery frameworks and methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, etc.)

  • 3+ years of experience managing teams in one or more HR domains, functions, or centers of excellence in a portfolio delivery capacity

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more HR business domain platforms, technologies, associated integrations/interfaces and production support (i.e. HRIS/HRMS, Workday, Learning & Development systems, People Reporting & Analytics, etc.)

  • 3+ years of experience managing and operating in a Shared Services environment

  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Technology and architecture certifications

  • HR-related certifications

  • Six Sigma and/or Lean training or certification
