Funko is seeking a collaborative and execution-oriented Talent Management & Learning Specialist to support the design, development, and delivery of key talent initiatives aligned to the company’s people strategy. This role will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Talent & Organizational Development to build scalable programs and processes that enhance employee growth, manager capability, performance effectiveness, and organizational development.
 
The ideal candidate brings experience in both program creation and execution, with the ability to independently drive workstreams from concept through implementation in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and implement Talent Management and Learning programs aligned to organizational and employee experience priorities
  • Create scalable tools, resources, communications, and materials that support career development, leadership development, and performance management initiatives
  • Partner in the development and enhancement of competency models, talent processes, and employee development programs
  • Manage and execute multiple concurrent talent and L&D initiatives from planning through rollout
  • Develop project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and implementation strategies to support successful program delivery
  • Support the ongoing execution and improvement of performance management processes, tools, and resources
  • Build and support programs and resources that enhance career growth, internal mobility, and employee development opportunities
  • Design and support delivery of learning experiences, workshops, and leadership development programs
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Collaborate with P&C, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align programs with organizational needs and priorities
  • Support talent systems, reporting, program tracking, and operational processes related to talent initiatives
  • Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Programs, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and executing talent or learning programs in a corporate environment
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience supporting performance management, career development, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness initiatives preferred
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into practical, scalable programs and deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with talent, learning, or HR systems/tools preferred
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,610 - $110,500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
