Learning and Development Project Manager - Consulting at a Fortune 50 Company

  • Design and implement skilling strategies, learning pathways, and workshops tailored to diverse learners.
  • Develop and curate training content focused on:
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot capabilities
    • Azure services including Foundry, Purview, and Fabric
    • Power Platform tools: PowerApps, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (NGOs, nonprofits, and public sector organizations) to assess training needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Track learner engagement, outcomes, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with product advancements and integrate new features into training content.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in skilling and digital transformation initiatives.

Core Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning & development, digital skilling, or technical enablement.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with:
    • Microsoft Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric)
    • Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
