The Role

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, execution, and continuous improvement of all training, communication, and recognition initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible role that is a cross-functional partner to better serve the Operations team. The Learning & Development Manager will develop and enhance existing scalable learning programs that improve performance, strengthen culture, and support company growth. The Learning & Development Manager oversees learning systems, curriculum development, webinars, internal communications, training initiatives, company events, and field support efforts. This position also plays a critical role in supporting company-wide training programs and operational initiatives, ensuring consistency, alignment, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

· Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS)

· Manage course assignments, learning paths, certifications, reporting, and user access

· Ensure training records, compliance requirements, and certification tracking remain accurate and current

Curriculum & Content Development

· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training curriculum across all roles

· Create and manage eLearning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, videos, and presentations

· Execute the Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program

· Coordinate social media and training video shoots to support learning and engagement efforts

· Ensure consistency and quality across all training content and delivery methods

Webinars & Communications

· Plan, develop, and facilitate monthly field webinars

· Produce and distribute weekly company newsletters

· Develop communication plans for major operational initiatives, program launches, and organizational updates

· Monitor employee feedback and communication channels to identify trends and opportunities

Operations Partnership

· Partner with field training teams and Operations leaders to identify performance gaps, remove barriers to success, and develop targeted training solutions and content that improve execution

· Support planning and execution of annual conferences and major training events

· Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, performance metrics, and operational KPIs

· Recommend improvements based on data, feedback, and business needs

· Serve as a backup resource for Customer Service and support customer-facing escalations as needed.

· Coordinate triage-related activities and ensure timely communication, follow-up, and resolution of operational issues.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 5+ years of Learning & Development, Training, Operations, or related experience

· Experience managing Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred)

· Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience

· Experience developing leadership programs and operational training initiatives

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

· Strong project management and organizational abilities

· Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-driven environment

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and training technologies

· Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred

· Ability to build strong partnerships across Operations, Support Center, and Executive Leadership teams
