Overview

The Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics is responsible for B2B CRM Marketing performance reporting and analytics across multiple lines of business within the client organization. A key function of this role is managing a small team of analysts/sr. analyst responsible for aggregating data, analyzing and distilling insights, and preparing presentations and strategic recommendations that drive toward the goals of our clients. The manager will guide, coach, and challenge the team to deliver impactful insights, data-backed strategic recommendations in clear, polished readout presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, train, and provide on-going leadership and mentorship to Data Analysts
  • Develop and present analyses, POVs, reporting results, key insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders
  • Consult as the subject matter expert for marketing automation capabilities, analytical tools/ techniques, applied AI tools for production efficiency and quality of outputs
  • As required/appropriate, perform hands-on data investigation and analysis in support of program delivery, including development of conclusions and implications
  • Manage multiple projects/deliverables simultaneously in partnership with the project management team, ensuring all project deliverables are met within the established timelines.
  • Proactively engage and consult with account service/strategy teams to align pertinent contextual information, dependencies, and to resolve any roadblocks.
  • Accurately and effectively estimate level of effort for analytics projects
  • Define measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure consistent, relevant, and actionable KPIs are used to optimize and influence strategic decisions
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and recommend, A/B testing opportunities, reporting requirements, other relevant tools and applications
  • Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy development
  • Create business cases for successful analytics initiatives
  • Design and manage strategic analytic roadmaps for clients
Qualifications
  • Ability to craft innovative strategies and approaches to analyze marketing performance and deliver powerful insights and recommendations
  • Strong data storytelling acumen; adept at communicating technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders
  • You have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with informing marketing strategy, analytics design and delivery
  • You have experience developing strategic analytic roadmaps and managing projects and teams to effectively deliver them
  • You have marketing agency experience (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in CRM or marketing analytics
  • Ability to manage internal resources/team members at varying levels including junior talent
  • Strong ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, problem solver with demonstrated instinct for developing insights from data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client presentation
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo a plus

 Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $141,687.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
