You will independently drive AI research and innovation with high conviction, collaborating with other scientists and engineers to develop and publish new industry leading ideas, and mentor a talented team of both junior and senior applied scientists, fostering growth and nurturing the next generation of AI leaders.

  • You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including asset management industry experience or as a Researcher in a lab.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $208,245-$354,017

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
