Desired Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Mainframe technologies.
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Mainframe technologies namely Cobol, JCL and DB2
At 2 years of experience on mainframe debug tools 
At least 5 years experience in application maintenance processes
Understanding of Life Insurance business domain
Ingenium product knowledge
High analytical skills
A high degree of initiative and flexibility

High quality awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good learning skills
