Position Title: Logistics Analyst IV – Medical Liaison Officer (LNO) – Medical Logistics Support Services

Location: Anchorage, AK

Support the Mission. Empower the Warfighter.

At Stratitia, we do more than support government programs—we help deliver solutions that directly impact the health, readiness, and effectiveness of America's Soldiers. As a trusted Department of Defense partner, we bring together exceptional professionals who thrive in complex environments, solve challenging problems, and make a meaningful difference every day.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Liaison Officer (LNO) with medical logistics experience and an active Secret Clearance. In this role, you will provide on-site medical logistics assistance and technical guidance to operational units. The LNO serves as the vital on-site liaison between leadership and Army operational units, facilitating seamless modernization, fielding, accountability, and technical sustainment for a non-personal services contract supporting Army medical logistics operations. This role oversees efforts to enhance medical capabilities in the field that directly impact the readiness and sustainment of medical units worldwide.

The LNO is responsible for ensuring that medical units are equipped with the right supplies and equipment and are properly trained to maintain them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates effective fielding missions by providing technical guidance for the uploading, de-processing, staging, inventory, and hand-off of medical equipment to gaining units.
  • Provides direct support to units in managing their medical materiel, including coordinating sustainment operations and ensuring accountability. Analyzes and validates medical modernization requirements, including pre-fielding analysis that identifies authorized materiel requirements and expected shortages.
  • Leverages US Army medical logistics automation systems to monitor and facilitate unit medical logistics readiness status and sustain critical unit and leadership relationships to address changing requirements.
  • Facilitates the bi-lateral directional flow of information with government stakeholders and prepares essential logistics documents, including monthly status reports on work completed and planned fieldings. Participates in surge operations as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Successful candidates must hold active Secret Clearance eligibility and demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of Army logistics, materiel fielding, sustainment, and readiness support operations; class VII is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Army Medical Automation Systems, with expert knowledge of the TEWLS, GCSS-A, LOGICOL, and the M3PT tool.
  • Knowledge of the role logistics systems of record play in planning, execution, reporting, and performance management. Skill in synchronizing activities between stakeholders to resolve logistical bottlenecks. Skill in system training, with proficiency in instructing personnel on the proper use of automated systems for recording and documenting equipment receipts.
  • Skill in enforcing data quality and accountability standards across a workforce to support reliable analysis and decision-making.
  • Ability to operate independently and communicate complex technical logistics data clearly to both senior leaders and junior supply NCOs.
  • Ability to identify and anticipate potential fielding problems and proactively resolve equipment discrepancies during time-sensitive missions.
  • Ability to support high-visibility, mission-critical operations that directly impact Army medical readiness.

Education, Experience, and Certifications (Preferred Combination)

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Eight or more years of Army medical logistics experience, with 4+ years as LNO at brigade/division level
  • Direct prior experience at the installation where this position is located (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in GCSS-A/TEWLS user; knowledge of Logistics Supply Class VIII, Army configurations and SKOs, and medical readiness reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and briefing skills.

Preferred Certifications: Army LOG 0140, Medical Logistics Specialist

Application Instructions: Applicants should submit a resume that includes brief, experience-based examples demonstrating the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities listed above.

Examples should describe your role, actions taken, and outcomes achieved, particularly in:

  • Technical Reporting – the ability to draft critical logistics deliverables such as Pre-Fielding Analysis Reports, Memorandums of Notification (MON)
  • Issue Resolution – Skill in identifying and mitigating logistical bottlenecks, such as transportation delays or lost items, by analyzing trends and coordinating with support agencies.
  • Enabling data-driven planning and execution
  • Improving operational efficiency and mission responsiveness
