The Senior Legal Analyst supports the organization's legal and regulatory framework by providing research, analysis, and operational support across a range of legal, compliance, and business functions. This role works closely with internal attorneys and business partners to help ensure that products, services, and corporate activities align with applicable laws and regulations.
Operating at the intersection of legal, compliance, and business operations, the Senior Legal Analyst contributes to managing regulatory risk, maintaining legal documentation, and supporting governance and contract processes. The role plays an important part in enabling effective decision-making and supporting the organization's continued growth and operational integrity.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm - 2 days a week onsite or as needed.
In this position, you will
  • Legal Support & Operations: Provide legal research, document support, contract drafting/review, and maintain legal records and systems.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research, monitor regulatory changes, and support compliance with federal and state banking laws, including audit and inquiry response.
  • Financial Institution Legal Support: Support legal and regulatory compliance for financial products, services, third-party risk, and member-facing materials.
  • Corporate Governance: Support board governance activities and maintain corporate filings, records, and registrations.
  • Litigation & Risk Management: Assist with litigation, claims, investigations, and related documentation and coordination with outside counsel.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Manage contract lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates, Associates: Business Administration, Bachelors, Bachelors: Business Administration, High School (Required)
4-6 years of legal, compliance, or regulatory support roles, preferably with an in-house legal team or within financial services, banking, or credit unions. | Not RequiredAny equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
