  • Serve as the primary commercial lead and trusted advisor for strategic accounts, fostering relationships with executive, operational, engineering, and procurement stakeholders, including VP and C-suite leaders.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, expansions, upselling, and cross-selling while identifying new opportunities aligned with customers' operational and automation objectives.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively manage commercial and delivery risks, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term customer confidence and retention.
  • Provide market and customer insights to support product strategy, roadmap planning, process improvements, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities within the supply chain and automation industry.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience selling capital-intensive automation, material handling, software, or systems integration solutions to enterprise-level customers.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain, parcel logistics, warehouse automation, and related technologies, including AS/RS, robotics, conveyors, AMRs, and enterprise software platforms.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, profitability, and risk.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and retention.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and confidently engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and priorities.
  • Self-driven and resilient professional who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Education and Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced business/technical degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, key account management, or strategic customer development within automation, intralogistics, material handling, parcel, or industrial technology environments.
  • Professional fluency in French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to conduct business communications, presentations, and customer interactions in both languages.
  • Proven success managing complex customer relationships, leading multi-site or global accounts, and closing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
