We are a small service-disabled veteran-owned information and technology business founded on the basic principle of delivering customer mission success.RBR-Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SWE2 or 3) to lead delivery of next‑generation JBlocks capabilities supporting critical mission data tagging! Could it be you?Responsibilities associated with the position include:Lead multi‑domain JBlocks development and requirement alignment.Define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an established team.Mentor developers and introduce best practices.Perform system‑level integration, testing, and documentation.Containerizing existing software capabilities using Docker.Applying knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO, and CUI standards.Additional responsibilities associated with the position include:Developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real­ time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.Providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the­ shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.Reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documenting test results.Resolving software problem reports.Utilizing software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.Working individually or as part of a team.Basic QualificationsActive TS/SCI PolygraphJava development experience.Experience with PKI, REST, GitLab CI/CD, Linux.Experience developing requirements specifications.Level 2: Five years of related experience along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines AND 2 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 9 years.Level 3: Eight years of related experience along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines AND 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.
