To thrive as a Senior Javascript Developer, a strong command of JavaScript (including ES6+), advanced front-end frameworks (like React, Angular, or Vue), and back-end technologies (such as Node.js) are essential, along with several years of professional coding experience. Familiarity with version control systems (like Git), CI/CD pipelines, and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or JavaScript certifications) is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving abilities, mentorship skills, and effective communication help developers collaborate and lead within cross-functional teams.
