Job Description:
Join a growing software engineering organization as a Senior Automation Engineer, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise quality engineering. This is far more than a traditional automation testing position. You'll serve as a technical leader responsible for building scalable automation solutions, influencing engineering best practices, and partnering across development, QA, and product teams to improve software quality and delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance scalable automation frameworks supporting enterprise applications.
  • Champion automation best practices across multiple engineering teams and influence long-term quality strategy.
  • Build and maintain automated testing solutions covering UI, API, integration, and validation testing.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and leadership to improve testing effectiveness and release confidence.
  • Analyze application behavior, troubleshoot complex automation challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Serve as a technical resource for automation frameworks, tooling, and engineering best practices.
